The Trust was established in 1991, to develop and provide a wide range of services within the statutory childcare sector, from Supervised and Supported Contact through to Multi-Disciplinary Assessment.
The Trust works in partnership with, and accepts referrals from, a range of organisations such as the Court, local authorities throughout the UK and legal professionals (instructed either by parents or a Children’s Guardian on behalf of the child/children). Click here to services summary page
The Trust is a national resource managed by social care professionals for social care professionals and other organisations aligned to statutory childcare or engaged in family law.
The Trust works in partnership with families and agencies to provide timely, comprehensive and joined-up services across the spectrum of statutory childcare.
Our operational staff have extensive experience in both public and private law Children Act (1989) proceedings.
