The Trust’s contact rooms can be hired out on a room only basis, without any supervision, between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. The contact rooms are provided on the basis that the Trust does not accept any responsibility for the arrangements made for the period of the hire.
In addition, there is a mirrored observation screen between two of the Trust’s contact rooms, with both audio and visual recording equipment available. These facilities offer professionals the ability to undertake assessment, observation and therapeutic work in an unobtrusive manner.
Refreshments are available (tea, coffee and squash) in all contact rooms.
The Trust reserves the absolute right to decline to provide the room-hire only service if it considers that the risk to either a child, parent or staff member cannot be safely managed, or that the hire conflicts with the Trust’s other activities, services or persons attending the Trust’s premises.
